Hey Lykkers! For the longest time, I thought hair oils would make my hair look greasy, so I avoided them completely. But after dealing with dryness, frizz, and occasional breakage, I decided to give them a proper chance.
Honestly, I wish I had started sooner. When used correctly, hair oils can make a huge difference in how soft, smooth, and healthy your hair looks.
Recently, these two have been my go-to products whenever my hair needs a little extra love.
1. LashBoss Rosemary Hair Oil
Rosemary has been one of the most talked-about hair care ingredients lately, and this oil is one of the reasons I understand the hype. I mainly use it as a scalp treatment before washing my hair. I massage a small amount into my scalp and let it sit for a while before shampooing. The process feels incredibly relaxing, and it has become one of my favorite self-care rituals.
What I enjoy most is how nourished my scalp feels afterward. My hair also looks shinier and feels softer after every wash. With consistent use, I've noticed that my hair feels healthier overall and less prone to looking dry or dull. The texture isn't overly heavy, which makes it easier to work through my scalp and roots without feeling messy.
2. Rish' Candlenut Oil Hair Care
This oil has become my favorite whenever my hair needs extra moisture. Candlenut oil has long been used in hair care, and I can definitely see why. Every time I use it, my hair feels smoother and more manageable. It helps tame frizz while giving my hair a healthy-looking shine.
I especially like applying it to my mid-lengths and ends, where my hair tends to feel the driest. It leaves my strands feeling softer without making them feel weighed down. Another thing I appreciate is how it makes my hair look more polished. Even on days when my hair isn't cooperating, a small amount helps bring back some smoothness and shine.
It depends on what my hair needs. If I'm focusing on scalp care and overall hair health, I usually choose the LashBoss Rosemary Hair Oil. If my hair feels dry, frizzy, or in need of extra softness, the Rish' Candlenut Oil Hair Care is the one I grab. Because they target slightly different concerns, I actually enjoy having both in my routine.
